I am kind of surprised that Stuart didn't use the most obvious inequity
in the American voting system - the electoral collage. It is clearly
demonstrated that a vote in a smaller population state means more in the
presidential election than a vote in a state with a large population.
This is easily seen by the fact that 3 US presidents have been elected
with less than half of the total popular vote (including Bush in 2000).
