if the only graduation/diploma evaluation at fairhaven is required
attendance in good standing for 3 years, then i could see the above
argument as arguable. however, it is my understanding that fairhaven is
saying only the student her/himself can do this evaluating. so the diploma
is not conferred without evaluation, [i just saw your amended post bruce,
but i'll leave this nonetheless] and if there is any fraud on the student's
part then
that is between the student and the outside world and not between the school
and the outside world.
evaluation must not be external in order to be valid and worthy - imo.
