We have had a diploma for 32 years and have not found that it imposes any
kind of agenda on anyone's life, or makes people do things that are like what
other people do.

We also do not think we can guess/evaluate who will be successful. But we
can figure out if someone has convinced us that s/he has prepared him/herself
to at least TRY for adulthood! As we all knows, adulthood does not come
quickly or easily.
