Yes, the students want a diploma: but just ask yourself just WHY
they want one. Is it not because someone ELSE -- be it prospective
employer, prospective university, or whatewver -- won't let the stu-
dent into whatever-it-is that he/she/they offer WITHOUT the diploma?
