Thanks for correcting me Mimsy. I'm surprised to hear it though. Can't go hunting through all the SVS books, etc. I've read; but I feel so sure I read that this was the function of either Sudbury schools, or maybe schools in general. Anyhoo, even though it is not stated; is it sort of just understood in an unstated way? OR, are you trying to tell me it is important to know that there is no purpose, therefore no agenda of the school?

No, Ann, I don't think that is our purpose for students -- I don't think we have a stated one. that is merely what we expect students to prove they have done before they can receive a diploma.
