I'm afraid that I disagree. For me, the republican form is simply the
preferred form of democracy when there are too many participants to allow
them all to be involved a la a School Meeting.

I also have a basic belief that the more people involved in a decision which
affects them all, the better the decision will be. The only time not to
offer involvement to all is when there is not sufficient time or space to do
so.
