Sorry, I am being repetitive: read "Starting a Sudbury Model School". It is
a whole book about the process you are embarking on, a study of many startups
and new schools. It will tell you more than I ever could in emails!
I was born in Houston, BTW, and lived there for my first 20 years and one
later.
