As everyone is both a learner and a teacher, anyone might try to teach want
they want to. As Students have the ability to choose, people usually find
pretty quickly that their need or intent to teach, is not taken up
necessarily because the Students are doing other things, that interest them.
Its better to wait to be asked, without holding your breath. Being there
and available, when you have the time, in between all the busy tasks in
keeping the School running, is enough.
