Cindy,

You yourself came to why you feel there is a problem with encouragement. In
natural relationships, people encourage each other all the time. They don't
necessarily "pump them up". And the last thing I can imagine thinking is a
good idea is a bunch of people saying to you "rah, rah, go, go, go" when you
need honest answers about the process of starting a school. They aren't on
this list. They are treating you with the respect due to any other human,
which means being straightforward and, in general, polite.
