I have a copy of the book -published by SFCS
(Santa Fe Community School) Publications,
P.O. Box 2241, Santa Fe, NM 87501, Copyright,
1978. They did some outreach and I would think
someone knows about the effort, but that's all
I can find - the preface was by Jonathan Kozol.
