Kristen,

I was on the founding staff of The Highland School, which just finished its
19th year of democratic schooling. Coincidentally, my parents, Don and Lola
Klein, have been consultants to Twin Oaks since the early 1970's on issues
of group process and community dynamics. If I can be of any help to you in
your efforts, I would be happy to hear from you. I am not that far away in
between DC and Baltimore.
