Re: DSM: cigarettes and sex

So when do laws of the state come into play? If children agree it is ok to
smoke cigarettes and are under the age of 16, then it becomes ok in the
school? If children want to have sex at school, and vote it is ok, even if
there may be laws against it, then it becomes ok? If children (even older
ones) decide they want to experiment with drugs, marajuana, alcohol,
mushrooms, even if there are laws, the school votes for it, then it is ok to
do in school? I understand children need the freedom to educate themselves,
and this is the premise of the svs model, but where is the line drawn?
