Although I do not think RC is part of the Sudbury model (that could be a
thick discussion), I am familiar with the technique and philosophy. The
point of views are very compatible, and I think people versed in RC do well
in Sudbury schools. We have one staff member who brings this experience and
perspective--and it is very helpful.
