"For little ones and other new students, a Judicial Committee meeting
itself can seem like a punishment. Facing a group of bigger kids and
staff can be quite intimidating." (Why we are not a school without
rules; Fairhavenschool)

In SVS there are 30 pages of rules written down in a book. But how does
a young child, who still can't read, know all these rules?
