My experience may be skewed by the fact that I am and mainly hang out with
*unschoolers* but your impressions of the rarity of child-driven learning
don't ring true to me. I haven't done any research, though (have you?) to
establish some basis for these quantitative claims. Certainly there are a
number of states and many school districts that *aren't* intrusive upon
unschoolers. We basically do what we want & report to no one. I doubt
we're the majority, but perhaps I could convince you that we're more a
significant minority than a rarity?
