actively correct these problems, but rather the student's job >>

But, what is the staff's job is to examine their own behavior and to look as
deeply as possible into what are often very difficult to ferret out
stereotypes in our own minds and hearts. THis is all that I hear Sheri
asking for. As she points out, we often behave in ways that are not totally
aligned with our values and philosophy (after all, we are more human than
not!) Therefore it is up to all of us, staff, student, and parent alike, to
be as introspective and challenging of ourselves as possible,
