Richard Bennett wrote a whole bunch of stuff about not being uptight and PC
and how ridiculous we can get about diversity and i largely agree. However:

May I suggest that the bottom line should be - for either a town or a
school - that the ideal balance of diversity would insure a community with
ample availability of top quality bagels, pastrami, thai curry, tandoori,
ribs, kung pao and macrobiotic food? I'm not talking PC quotas here, I'm
talking basic food groups.
